STEP ONE – ESTIMATE.

Upon arrival, your vehicle will be examined and appraised by one of our Service Advisors. We will inspect your vehicle to determine and assess the amount of existing damage. Our team of technicians will also look at the vehicle as there may be more structural damage that is not easily visible. This type of damage is typically uncovered during the vehicle disassembly process. Once we have complied this information, we will provide you with an estimate.

STEP TWO – DISASSEMBLY.

During your vehicle’s disassembly process, we are stripping your vehicle of all damaged parts and preparing it for repair. It is during the disassembly process that hidden structural damages are often discovered. Any additional damage discovered will be communicated to you and your insurance company for re-inspection. Additional parts will be ordered.

STEP THREE – ORDER PARTS.

Our shop will begin your vehicle’s repair process once all parts are received. When ordering parts, the availability of each item is checked and ordered in a timely manner. If there is going to be a delay on a part order, we will be transparent with you.

STEP FOUR – STRUCTURAL REPAIRS.

Structural damage occurred during an accident must be taken care of first. Our team of trained technicians will use our state-of-the-art frame machine to accurately return your vehicle back to its OEM standards and structure.

STEP FIVE – BODY REPAIR.

When your vehicle travels through our body repair process. The technician assigned to your vehicle will replace and repair exterior panels and all metal finishing required on your vehicle. Sheet metal will be installed and properly aligned before your vehicle heads over to our auto paint preparation department.

STEP SIX – AUTO PAINT.

During the paint preparation process, our specialists prepare your vehicles panels that are in need of prime, paint, and seal to ensure the highest quality finished product. You can also rest assured that no part of your vehicle that is not in need of paint repair will be touched. We properly seal off the remaining parts of your vehicle to ensure no paint particles touch already in tact paint.

STEP SEVEN – REASSEMBLY.

When your vehicle reaches our reassembly department, final molding and detail pieces are assembled back together. Your vehicle’s system will also be checked to ensure the vehicle is ready for the final step, detailing.

STEP EIGHT – DETAILING.

Once in our auto detailing department, your vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, buffed, and waxed to ensure removal of any dirt and dust. We use high-quality materials on your vehicle to ensure your vehicle is in pristine condition when you come to pick up from Town & County Auto Body.
